About Us

Liz Menkes is a professional EMF Consultant in Sedona, Arizona, recently relocated from the San Francisco Bay area. She is a Certified Building Biology Environmental Consultant (Building Biologist) and a Certified Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist, having completed a specialized training program through the Building Biology Institute.

Liz has been doing EMF home and office assessments since 2011. She was trained on the Building Biology protocol for measuring and mitigating EMFs. As a Certified Building Biologist, she is also part of a Building Biology study group that meets regularly and shares information and best practices. Liz has also been a teaching assistant for the Building Biology EMF seminar. In addition, she gives presentations on safer use wireless technology. She has presented at the LiveAware Conference in San Francisco, as well as to organizations such as the Marin Health Advisory. Liz has also co-chaired the planning committees for two Building Biology conferences. She also acts as a mentor to new Building Biology Institute graduates.

Liz has a B.A. in history from UCLA. She also has a certification in electricity from Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, CA.
